The company purchased a 37 acre development site in Nottingham at the end of 2016 in a receivership sale. The site is located in the city centre, close to the main line train station. The company will be looking to submit an outline planning application for a mixed use scheme totalling over 2 million sq.ft. in 2018. The scheme will provide a mixture of offices, residential, student accommodation and a variety of leisure and other uses located in a vibrant campus setting.
